Initial Consultation – $195
We spend 60 minutes together in this first appointment. I’ll take a health history and we’ll set some goals and get a treatment plan in place. There’ll be a little bit of homework for you, such as keeping a diet diary and filling out some questionnaires so we can get really clear on what you’d like to achieve from coming to see me.

My aim is to give you the tools you need to take care of you!
Rest assured I am not going to send you away expecting you to cut out all wheat, dairy, sugar, alcohol and FUN!
We will work together, breaking things down into bite size, achievable pieces. This process will empower you to make long lasting, positive changes – at your own pace.
Remember, I am on this journey with you and I don’t sit on a pedestal of perfection. I believe that lasting change comes from making small, consistent efforts regularly.
Follow-ups
Follow-up appointments - $130
Follow up appointments are scheduled for you as required and are generally 45 minutes long.
To give you an idea, we will always check in two weeks after your initial appointment. If you feel like you’re seeing improvements from the get go appointments could be anywhere from four to six weeks apart. Together you and I will discuss the best course of action.
Once you’re on the right track and you feel confident, you might only pop into the clinic once every three to six months just to touch base.
And remember, just like in netball, I’m always ‘here if you need’.
